About The Calm Potential

The Calm Potential aims to help people explore their nervous systems to enhance their lives. This is achieved through greater self awareness and personal growth cultivated by Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation. Shane combines modern understandings with both ancient and contemporary practices to help people move away from stress and suffering towards reaching their potential.

Shane’s passion was kickstarted while suffering the effects of an autoimmune disease. He has used meditation and breathwork to change the relationship between his mind, nervous system and immune system to live symptom free.

Shane run Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork and Wellness courses with individuals, gyms, yoga studios and companies around Sydney and online around the world.
